NEW RESIDENTS:
All new residents will need to contact the POA via email to schedule their orientation appointment called a “welcome packet”. All appointments are being conducted as a video conference using Zoom as the platform. This appointment would need to be scheduled either before your move into the community or as soon as you move in.
After this appointment is conducted and the necessary documentation is submitted to the POA office, access (codes, decals, amenity access cards) will be provided to the new resident.
If moving in before your welcome packet appointment, please be sure to have either your Closing Disclosure or Lease to show to Security to obtain access. A temporary windshield pass can be provided for your vehicle to allow you to bypass check in at every entry. The guards are currently at the gate from 7am-Midnight daily. If trying to obtain access after these times, the resident would need to contact Security on their cell to get assistance.
